The Uptown District is undergoing an additional round of renewal at a pace that looks from a distance almost feverish. The pace really only appears feverish because the dilapidated damaged down buildings that blighted Telegraph Avenue between 19th and the 16th streets for many years are by in big now fixed, painted and filled by some new venture or waiting to be filled by some new venture.
