Documentary filmmaker Rachel Leah Jones on her film festival entry, ‘Gypsy Davy’

The Berkeley-born director’s 2011 film focuses on her father — Davy Serva, now 71 — a renowned flamenco guitarist who left the household when Rachel was an infant. It is getting screened by the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival in Berkeley, Palo Alto and San Francisco.
