The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office finds that a San Jose police officer was justified in employing lethal force in the shooting death of a San Jose guy who pointed a gun at an additional officer. The guy shot by police, Ricardo Moreno, killed two former San Jose State college students two days earlier, according to the report.
