IDI is pleased to bring you additional opportunities for
family fun this 4th of July! 

On July 3rd, 2010, IDI will present the 1st Annual Family Bike Ride!!

Thanks to the efforts of Bill Stryker, our new Biking Events Chair, Morgan Hill family bike enthusiasts will have an opportunity to tour the south county bike trails with family and friends in a con-competitive, fun environment!  All bike events will begin at the Morgan Hill trailhead for the Coyote Creek trail, which is located at the Anderson Lake County Park Ranger office on Malaguerra Avenue.

Route Descriptions
This event is designed to provide an activity for all members of the family and features three levels:

30 Mile Tour: This follows the paved bike path of
Coyote Creek to Hellyer Park and back.

13 Mile Tour: This is great for the family and follows the paved
bike path to the Bailey Rd overpass and back.

6 Mile Tour: An excellent choice for families with young riders.
This turns around at the SCC Model Aircraft Park.

Starting Times
8:00 a.m. - 30 mile event registration begins
8:30 a.m. - 30 mile participants depart
8:30 a.m. - registration for all other bike events begins
9:00 a.m. - all other bike events begin
11:30 a.m. - lunch
2:00 p.m. - course closes
